These terms govern your use of the Onset iOS application ("the app") operated by Last 1 Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using Onset, you agree to these terms.

What Onset is

Onset is a general wellness application that helps you organize daily health behaviors — including supplement timing, sleep habits, exercise scheduling, and stress management — based on goals you select and subjective data you provide. You choose a biological-sex profile during onboarding; some features (such as cycle-aware prompts) are only shown when you opt into that profile and optional tracking.

What Onset is not

Onset is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and recommendations in the app are for general wellness and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine, especially regarding supplements, medications, hormone protocols, or fertility planning. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or see in this app.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 17 years of age to use Onset
• You are responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation is appropriate for your individual health situation
• You acknowledge that self-reported data (sleep, energy, mood, etc.) is subjective and that app recommendations are based on this subjective input
• You are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, medication, or health protocol

Subscriptions

Onset offers optional paid subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding in Onset is the property of Last 1 Enterprises LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health-related information is complete, accurate, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Last 1 Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
